Studio - Multiple Exposure


My niece is always happy to join me in the studio to have fun experimenting with different photography techniques. On this occasion we tried multiple exposure. To obtain this effect, I used a black background, placed 1 x Spot light to the side of the set-up, placed the camera onto a tripod.

Shutter speed on camera:  15 seconds.
ISO400.
Aperture F/5.6.

I pressed the camera’s shutter release then ran over to the light to press the flash button when my niece was stood to the left of the setup.  She then moved to the centre, and I pressed the light’s flash button again. Finally, she moved to the right of the setup and I pressed the flash button on the light one more time within the 15 seconds.   These were the results of our fun experimentation:
